Fruit and Yogurt Ice Cream


Ingredients:

- Lactose-free Greek yogurt  

- One piece of fruit of your choice or a handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries)  

- Lime juice  

- Honey  

- A pinch of salt  


Preparation:

1. Wash, peel, and dice the fruit into small pieces.  
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the lime juice, honey, and salt, then stir in the chopped fruit.  
3. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert sticks.  
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

- 20 grams of sugar  

- 1 cinnamon stick  

- 3 drops of vanilla extract

Preparation:

1. In a saucepan, combine the lactose-free milk with the cinnamon stick, sugar, and lemon peel.  

2. Heat over medium heat until it boils, then remove from heat and strain. Set the milk aside.  

3. In a bowl, mix the leche merengada with a few drops of vanilla.  

4. Pour the mixture into a freezer bag and let it chill.  

5. In another freezer bag, place the ice cubes and salt.  

6. Put the bag with the milk mixture inside the bag with the ice and shake it well until the mixture thickens into a creamy ice cream texture.

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas  

- Dark chocolate chips
